Any one having trouble buying FWD covid insurance. I filled out the application and credit card details, says check your order . But the box  buy it now !  Does nothing .

I would appreciate any ideas    Ian

I got my FWD insurance quite recently, I'm 39 but memory fails me on the exact process I went through on each stage. All I know is it was very simple, filled in simple details and paid it and received the certificates by email soon after.

Definitely, get another person with you to check over that you haven't missed completing a particular section on that page or tick box somewhere, etc.

Good to hear!

I think you need Adobe software installed on your PC/laptop.

If you like I could convert it to JPG for you which would be viewable?

Also, bear in mind or Thailand Pass you would need some of the docs converted to JPG anyway such as your Vaccination Certificates, Passport...

There are PDF to JPG convertors online too if you prefer to try do it yourself 🤗

, Sometimes I have issue that a box is not 'clickable'. When I go to the same website with another browser, it works. Ask not why....but it sometimes worked for me....🤷‍♂️

may be , but I did double check all my details and accepted my application ..and it won't allow me go back a page to check details again ,mind you I am 76 and my computer skills are limited

I haven't tried to fill in any details but could it be something to do with that it states you have to buy it 14 days in advance unless you upload a pcr test result?
