Please help/ advice:

My colleague is holding NonB visa which ends on 30th June.

Is now lock out of Thailand due to no flight/ Covid19 and not see much chance to be back in June to renew this.

1. Let it go and start all over again is the answer ? 

Anything can be done from his employer in Thailand or himself in France?

For his employer, one of choice is that they can prepare documents to be sent for him to get a single entry Non-B before he would back to Thailand. They need to do all process again anyway. Personally, I think getting non-B single to enter Thailand again is better way than enter Thailand on tourist status and proceed.
