Hi everyone, right now i went to the emigration to make my visa with my thai wife. I have all the documents ready except this one that inside the circle. Right know i don’t understand what should i do. Ifni rent a condo by my name and i get all this information in that photo they will accept it. If anyone knows what im saying say i would appreciate it. I don’t need any negativity in the comments. If anyone one knows it just say. Thank you

It's saying you need a TM30. By law, property owners in Thailand must register when a foreigner stays at their property within 24 hours of their arrival. Ask your landlord for a copy of the one they filed for you, or ask them to file one for you and send you proof.

you should apply for 60 day visit Thai family.

Get your affairs in order, tm30, contracts etc. For your new home and then apply for the visa/extension.

Make sure your local office will allow.

what visa do you currently have?

You can apply for a "60 day visit Thai family" extension one time at your local office.

No need to leave.

This will give you 6o days to fix your new home information.

Then you apply for your Thai wife visa/extension.
