TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew a driving license in Bangkok, you need to provide several documents including your passport, current Thai driving license, a medical certificate, and a completed application. If you hold a 2-year driving license with a Non-Immigrant visa, you may be eligible to transition to a 5-year license; otherwise, you will be issued another 2-year license. For obtaining a medical certificate, it typically costs around 50 Baht. A recommended location for the renewal process is the transport office at Pakkret, specifically at loket no 8.

Passport, current Thai DL, Medical certificate, application. If you have a 2 year DL and a Non Immigrant visa you can transition to the 5 year DL. If not, you get another 2 year DL.
