It states "must" from May 1st. So it's not now a proposal

it is just a proposal, it is unclear if the website they plan to implement it in will work. And last but not least it won't start before it hasn't been published in the Royal Gazette

I know what it states and I know it is still being discussed so until it appears in the Royal Gazette there is no must

the TM6 has never left the royal gazette……they just decided to waive it for a while after Covid perfectly entitled to now remove the waiver without approval from Germany, even if it is now automated in preparation for ETA…which probably would have to be gazetted along with B300 tourist fee….
