I am doing the TM.47 90-day reporting online for the first time. There is a checkbox on the online form that says "Special One Stop Services". What in the heck is that about and should I check it or leave it unchecked?
BTW, while I could log in from my laptop (Chrome browser on Windows) I was not able to get to the online form: clicking on the button labelled "NEW APPLICATION (TM47)" does nothing. I was able to get to the form on my Android phone, however. This is the login page:

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 'Special One Stop Services' checkbox on the TM.47 online form is specifically meant for applicants holding BOI/IEAT visas associated with companies in Thailand. If you are unfamiliar with this service, it is advisable not to check the box. Additionally, some users have faced issues accessing the form from their laptops; it may work better on mobile devices. It's also suggested to disable pop-up blockers and auto-translate features on your browser for optimal access.
First time online. I don't know the answer to your 2nd question.

IF you don't know what the "Special One Stop Services" is there's a great chance you don't check that box ๐ฎ The One Stop Service Center is for people who have BOI/IEAT visas with companies here in thailand.
So do not check that box
