A few Qs I just want to confirm about 90-day reporting that I thought others might have too:
1. Who is eligible to do tm47 90 day-report at One Stop Center for Visa and Work Permits at Chamchuri Square?
2. If I am traveling outside Bangkok during my tm47 reporting period but am usually based in BKK, how can I file for tm47?
3. If I leave the country, can I file my tm47 online after returning?

TLDR : Answer Summary
This post addresses common questions regarding the TM47 90-day reporting process in Thailand. It clarifies eligibility for filing at the One Stop Center for Visa and Work Permits at Chamchuri Square, options for travelers who are outside Bangkok during their reporting period, and confirms that the first TM47 after returning from abroad must be filed in person, although exceptions may apply.
On item 3, I'd like to inform readers that I submitted my TM47 notification online on 1 Jul and received approval this morning. I had returned to TH from overseas on 16 Apr and did my TM 30 online on 17 Apr. I was prepared to do my TM47 in person at CWT based on item 3, but am happy I don't have to.
You file online OR you take a TM30 from the place you're staying to the immigration office that serves that area and try to do a 90 day report (they are not obligated to let you file if they don't want to)
When you leave the country and come back the FIRST 90 day report after you return must be done in person, not be done online (you can try online but it will get rejected ๐ )
"When you leave the country and come back the FIRST 90 day report after you return must be done in person" - so if I travel regularly, I will always need to do the first 90 report after I return in person?
