I'm about to head in on a non b. I have copies of the company documents, insurance and my vaccine cert. Is there anything I should look out for? Any potential problems?

If you have the paperwork printed and proof of vaccines there shouldn’t be issues. Just check the stamp they give you before leaving the immigration desk. 99.9% are entering with a tourist visa or visa exempt and will get those relevant stamps. It’s not unknown for an IO to make a mistake and mis-stamp someone on a “unusual” visa entry.
