TLDR : Answer Summary
The options to extend a 90-day stamp for someone on a multiple Non-O visa related to a Thai child include a 60-day extension for visiting family or a 1-year extension based on having a Thai child. Additionally, the individual could leave Thailand and re-enter for another 90-day stamp.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

Remember though, you can only get ONE 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family, and for the 1 year extension of stay based on raising half-Thai child, you will need 400K THB in a Thai bank account (no seasoning requirements).
