TLDR : Answer Summary
The post outlines the current document requirements for extending a family visit visa for spouses or Thai children at Immigration Division 1 in Bangkok, noting notable differences from previous announcements. It clarifies that this extension is specifically for a 60-day family visit and not applicable for a 1-year extension.

what are you looking to do? If you come in visa exempt and you have a Thai wife or child you can get a 60 day extension on the basis of visiting your thai family. No 24 in this list

If you are looking for a 12 month extension of stay based on having a Thai wife you must first obtain a 90 day Non-O visa then the 12 month extension both of which you can do inside Thailand by meeting the requirements
that list stated under no.24 will only get one rejected as i was last Friday lol - the reason i came to post the actual list required at CW πππ
hmm, which one then .. ? 24. Request for extension of stay - in the case of visiting a spouse or visiting a child who is a Thai national - if it's not what i just posted what is it then .. ? π§π§π§
, (editted) what you uploaded is the requirements list for a short-term extension based on Clause 24, visiting Thai family for 60 days. This extension can be applied only once per visa/visa-exempt. And this doesn't require proof of funds of 400K baht.
If you want to apply for a long-term, 1-year extension based on being a family member of a Thai national, you need a requirements list for clause 18. This requires proof of funds.
ok thank you all and sorry then the title of that document list i posted is a bit misleading as almost word for word the title of 24 .. , but if it's not .. , ok , at least i got the extension whatever the name π« π« π«

Is this valid for someone on a non O 90 day visit Thai spouse visa. I was under the impression that you could not extend that visa.
you can either apply for the year extension by meeting the proof of funds etc OR you can get this "visit thai family" extension ONCE for 60 days. Those are the only two extensions available to you holding a single entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai

Thank you for the update.
Dear members, this is the requirements list for a 60-day family visit extension at CW, Bangkok. NOT for a 1-year extension based on spouse or parent to a Thai, NOT for other offices.
