Hi everyone. i am actually on a ED Visa expiring end of this month. Last november I got married with my thay wife.
I would like to ask what is best option to get a non 0 visa based on marriage ( or so called ) without having the 400k bath required into a thai bank account. I read some previous post, and it seems like I may apply for a 3 months Non Immigrant single entry in Vientiane. is That correct ? is there any other otpions that allow me to stay up to 1 year ( even if have to bounce in and out every 3 months) ?
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on securing a Non O visa based on marriage without having the required 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account. Suggestions from the community include applying for a multiple entry Non O visa in Savannakhet or Ho Chi Minh City, which do not require proof of funds, allowing the user to stay in Thailand for up to one year with the condition of leaving every 90 days.

Go to Savannakhet, you can get a one year multiple entry Non O based on marriage, no financials required. You do have to leave the country every 90 days, go to a bordering country stamp in, stamp out and back to Thailand.
