I’m sure there are others in Phuket but I don’t know names or prices.

A 60 day extension would be either for a Covid extension or for visiting Thai family. My guess if you’re wanting an agent it’s not the latter.

Why not just go to the Phuket town office and apply. All up 1,900 baht plus a few photocopies and a photo.
