TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with the online 90-day report for immigration in Thailand, receiving an error message. They inquire about the validity of the online reporting method, the grace period for submitting the report post due date, and whether they can submit it by mail. Respondents confirm that for the first 90-day report, it must typically be submitted either in person or by mail, depending on the local immigration office's rules. They also confirm that there is a grace period of 7 days after the due date (August 24) without fines, and while the online method might work next time, it currently presents issues.
Depends on the immigration office. BANGKOK requires it to be submitted NO LATER THEN 15 days before the due date. SOME immigration offices do not allow mailing.

You can do the online report(when it's working) 15 days before the due date.
just make a day of it. I use to before the online reporting was up and running correctly. I could have done the mail method, but it was nice to get out and look around

You can only do your first 90 day report EITHER in person, or (if your immigration office allows you) to do it by mail so you'll be in the system.
>do I still get 7 days after this date to complete
Yes, you will not be fined
>will the online method work after the August 24 due date
In theory, the next time the 90 day report is due, you should be able to do it using the online system.
