Yesterday I returned after 7 days from Italy on a re-entry visa based on my 1 year extention. I will stay at my usual address which is a house owned by my wife. Do I have to register my address with Immigration Korat again ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After returning to Thailand on a re-entry visa, it is unclear whether you need to register your address again with the Korat immigration office. Some offices allow for no additional filing if returning to your primary residence, while others require a TM30 filing. It is recommended to contact the Korat immigration office or use their online services to clarify your situation.
What I can not find is an option to print or create a decent confirmation. I just can take a cumbersome screenshot of the info which has name, passport number, start date and gender.
there is no print option, it's a passive data entry program only. you enter your data, you save your data, you go back into the system and search for the data and then take a screen shot of it.
That is the only way to have proof you filed a TM30 online

I'd have your wife call the Korat immigration office and ask them
Some office say as long as you're returning to your 'primary residence' <-(where you got your extension before) you don't need to file another TM30
