I was out of Thailand for 1 week in Cambodia. Now returned using re-entry permit with my Non-O retirement visa. Do I need to go to Immigration office and re-register myself somehow?
My previously scheduled 90 days report is on August 22. Should I go to that?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After returning to Thailand with a Non-O retirement visa using a re-entry permit, whether you need to go to the Immigration office depends on the specific rules of that office regarding TM30 forms (notification of foreigner in residence). Generally, if you are returning to your primary address, some offices do not require a TM30, while others do. Your next 90-day report is calculated from the day you re-entered Thailand, not the previous one. Therefore, you should not file a new 90-day report on August 22, but confirm with your immigration office about the TM30 requirement.

whether you need to go file a TM30 <- notification of foreigner in residence form is immigration office specific. SOME offices say if you're returning to your primary address you don't need to do it when you return from abroad, BUT some require it. SO I'd say a trip to your immigration office to see what they do and to file a TM30 if you need to is in order

your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped into the country so NO don't go file a 90 day report on Aug 22
