I have a question about Vietnamese 90 day visa acceptance letter
this was my first time doing this
I went on to the website and it gave me option of number onea group acceptance letter or number to a private acceptance letter I picked the first one as it was cheaper
so I get my acceptance letter emailed to me and it has four other people on the acceptance letter, hence group acceptance letter ha ha
so my question is do I just print this group acceptance letter up and presented at the airport in Vietnam?
also I do not have a printer so what do people normally do? Can I go to a printing store and forward the email to them?
thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The acceptance letter for a Vietnam visa must be printed and presented at the airport. Group acceptance letters are valid as long as your name is on it. If you lack a printer, you can use local print shops to print the letter; they often accept emails or USB drives. Alternatively, there are print shops available at the airports in Bangkok and Don Mueang.
When I went to Vietnam - I printed the acceptance letter, it was required. You can go to local print shop and they'll print it. Usually their computers (at least one of them) will be internet able.
Word to the wise. Take with you crisp brand new US currency. No joke brand new, no blemish, tears, or other normal wear and tear.
I dont recall how anal they are at the VN immigration/visa office I think fairly strict. The Thai embassy was super strict.

Yes, for Vietnams visa on arrival you need to have a letter of invitation, which is what you bought. They normally will have a few peoples name on it but it doesn't matter as long as your name is on it.
You need to print out the letter and show it at the desk when checking in for your flight. They will not issue you a boarding pass if you don't print out your letter. As for printers, there are print shops all over Bangkok and Chiang mai. Just google print shop near me. You can either email the letter to the print shop or save it as s pdf on a usb drive and take it there.
Bkk and dmk have a little print store in the airport before immigration you can print at for 10 baht a page.
