NO, you need to print it and just so you're clear NO ONE <- as in NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON got a 30 day unable to travel due to covid-19 extension with that b/s letter from the US consulate.
They emailed people who were denied extensions and said they are "reviewing" the problem.
