TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users shared their experiences regarding airport immigration fees for re-entry permits. Generally, it was noted that airports may charge an additional 200 baht for assistance with forms and photos. If expats complete these tasks on their own, the fees should align with the standard prices set by immigration offices: 1000 baht for a single entry permit and 3800 baht for multiple entries. Some users confirmed that charges may vary by location, such as at Phuket Airport, but overall, standard pricing seems to apply for those who prepare beforehand.

Airports charge 200 baht extra for filling in the forms and doing the photo. If you do both of those yourself it should be the normal price, same as the immigration office: Single entry 1000 baht, multiple entry 3800 baht.

I haven't seen any reports outside of that.

Yeah that's definitely not good. There's a new office on a small island, I forget which one, they recently started charging an extra 500 baht for extensions to "pay for the air conditioning"
