I resign from my work on 1 August. 

I go out on 7 August, I back on 9 August.

So my work non-b visa cancelled. 

My work place cancelled my work permit on 15 August with date of 7 August. 

Did I overstay  between 1 August to 7 August?

The real question IS

Were you on the initial 90 days of the Non-B visa?

in which case you can just leave when ever you want and it cancels the stamp when you exit

OR

were you on an extension of stay based on employment?

if you were on an extension why didn't you take paperwork from your company to the immigration office and cancel the extension like you're supposed to before you left the country?

I was on extension.i asked them to cancel it on right time. But they didn't prepare paper works.

sounds like you're not here on ANY visa, and that you really just bounced out and back to get a 60 day FREE entry stamp (which is not a tourist visa at all)

You STILL need to cancel your employment extension and as

correctly stated (y) they'll fine you for every day after the work permit/termination date until the day you cancel it.

Should have been done BEFORE you left the country, that's how it works, and that's why there's a penalty for you to do it "backwards" like you need to now

they don't cancel it YOU do, 😮

You take the documentation to the immigration office where it was issued and cancel it before you leave the country

stamping out on an extension doesn't cancel it

AND

while you won't have any issue entering free stamp or getting a 30 day extension what you will have problems with is IF you ever go to apply for a long term extension (employment, marriage, education, etc).

That's when they'll see you didn't cancel your earlier extension and fine you for not following the rules
