Hi. My friend is Italian ( not been in Italy since Nov.) Has a multiple entry non b visa for biz meetings and has been here for 3 months nearly. Can she go to Vientienne by air or border bounce? I know Laos is closing many borders. Sorry if been asked already.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Italian expat holding a multiple-entry non-B visa can travel to Vientienne, Laos. Despite recent border restrictions, the consensus in the comments is that the non-B visa remains valid for travel. However, travelers should monitor changing regulations as the situation evolves.
fact is most countries look at the PASSPORT NATION of the individual.

will Thailand allow people in who have come from Cambodia?! Ie if we choose that as the place for a ‘visa run’?

Yes, the visa is still valid, and therefore can be used as normal.

I think she should leave asap lest one country or another quarantine her for 14 days as is the case should we return to Singapore. Can she fly to Laos?
