I just received my Retirement Visa w/ Multiple Entry, after Non O.
I will need to go to North America in July, so my question is, can I stay for 3 months out side of the Kingdom and re-enter ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about their ability to stay outside of Thailand for three months with a recently obtained Retirement Visa (with Multiple Entry) after holding a Non-O Visa. A commenter clarified that as long as the user returns before the expiry of their visa extension and re-entry permit, there are no specific regulations limiting the duration of their absence; they can stay outside Thailand for several months.

You highly likely got 1-year extension and re-entry permit multiple re-entry. There is no regulation on how long you can leave Thailand on those. You can be out of Thailand for a few months or even nearly one year. You just need to be back in Thailand before the expiry date of an extension and re-entry permit, or your extension will expire.
