My non-b visa expires last 11 May 2020 (Attached the visa stamp below). I'm not working now since April because my previous company is laying off some of their employees, including me and they already canceled my WP last May. Now, I'm on amnesty until 26 Sept.
My question is:
1. I have a new job offer here in Thailand, is it possible to apply for a new non-b visa without leaving the country?
2. If I apply for another 30 days extension using the letter from the embassy, where should I go? In Chaeng Wattana or Muang Thong Thani?
Thank you so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether they can apply for a new non-B visa in Thailand after their previous visa expired and they are currently under amnesty. They also seek guidance on where to go for a 30-day extension using an embassy letter.
Are you using an agency or direct hire ? I find the agencies won't help but If you find a good school that direct hires you they seem to have the process better figured out
Never trust a single thing a teaching agency says they are all crooks for the most part.
