Hello every one. I am married in Thailand and I have one son just 6 months. Before pandemic, I have extended my visa for 2 months, and after that visa amnesty start. Normally they wanted 400K bath money in the bank account for 2 months. I will have this money in my account next week. So I got the latter from my embassy and  I am able to extent my visa one month more after amnesty 26 September. So the money will stay for more than 2 months in my account.  

Just I want to know can I apply to a marriage visa in Thailand after extension because of convid 19? Or I need to go to out of Thailand and get a family visit visa from any Thai embassy so after that get a 1-year visa from immigration? 

If anybody answers this questions then I will be so happy.

Just to clear and cut all the other information,

Yes, if the Immigration Officer told you that you can visit him on Monday with a letter from your Embassy, the officer can give you 30 days Extension of Stay starting from 27 Sep,

If that gives you enough time to get the money 2 months in the bank you can apply for a new 1 year Extension of Stay based on Marriage

I hope. Just someone tells me that first I must go out of Thailand and I must get a family visit visa from out first. I couldn't be sure this is why I wanted to open this topic.

I would listen to the immigration officer over "someone tells me", tbh, Both officers said you can get at least one month, possibly more. Even one month alone covers you :D

Something to remember. Just because you have that letter doesn't mean Thai immigration will grant you the additional 30 days to stay in Thailand. IF you have already been granted the additional 30 days, please let us know.

If you get a 30 day 'live' stamp in your passport, it will open up other options. This is why Benjamin is telling you to wait and see next week if you get that first.

Just problem is, Before one officer tell me that they give this one-month convid visa due to embassy later just one time. Another office tells me every month if I bring the latter from the embassy I can get a more one month visa because of convid. Also, this topic isn't clear here 😄

I believe what the officer is saying is that if you're able to get a new embassy letter each month, you can get a new 30 day extension. BUT... there's no promise of course

If you're using the embassy letter to get another 30 days, nationality is very important. There was a report of someone having a letter from, I think NZ, and immigration rejected it.

Already I have to talk with them and they said to me bring the latter from the embassy. Today I got it but when I went to immigration then the officer was left. They gave me forms and they tell me come to monday.
