Is there still a Thai consulate that can issue Non immigrant B multiple entry if you're not a director nor have 25% share in the company you're working for? I've heard Penang, Kota Bharu and Denpasar can't do anymore.
Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original question inquired about the availability of Non-Immigrant B multiple entry visas from Thai consulates if the individual is neither a director nor a 25% shareholder in their company. Community responses indicated that there are limited options, with Penang being an exception for directors/owners. Others suggested contacting consulates in Europe, such as Monaco, which may have issued such visas under certain sponsorship conditions.
There might be some thai consulates in Europe that will do it. A friend just got a year-long, multi-entry Non-B from the thai consulate in Monaco using paperwork by one of the bigger firms here that sponsor people for Non-B's
I know it's not what you want to hear, but I'd start emailing consulate in the west and see who will do it.

Low paid teachers, hotel workers/managers, scuba instructors and many others will be impacted by this change. Ironically some of the hardest workers.

There is no Embassy or Consulate in the region that sell 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant B visa, other than Penang if you are the Director/owner of the company.

Been tracking this issue for a while. It seems that anyone working for a company who can’t/won’t satisfy the correct criteria for an application made to internal Thai immigration will have to get a new non-imm single b every 90 days. A significant cost and also more time off work. I know a few that are going to be affected as their non-imm b multi’s run out.
