You can apply for a 60 day extension of stay to visit family but you need your wife to come with you to immigration as she is the reason for your extension (cant guarentee it is the same for every immigration office, but certainly required at the 2 I have used for this).
You should be able to apply fkr a 60 day visit family (your Thai wife) extension. No finacial requirements but otherwise mostly the same paperwork as the 1 yr extension. You can only get this extension once.
While it is mostly likely to proceed it is not official yet. In fact today the government rejected the plan as it exists and will look at it again next week for approval after changes are made. So still need to wait at least another week for finak approval and to see the final details and requirements.
Agree the rule should have changed, but just tried to do my 90 report online today. On the website I was rejected with the normal "go to local immigration office" error (used same computer/browser as previous and I did not get a new extension during the online system downtime). I then registered and tried the app. It accepted all my info but when I subitted it was rejected with the error message along the lines of "you can submit the online notification of address between 15 and 7 days before the due date" (today is 4 days before my due date). So maybe the updated app doesnt understand the new rule. Off to the office next week.
But if the landlord does not file the TM30 then you end up paying the fine if you need immigratuon services. So still up to you to nake sure TM30 is filed
Should be good, I do my marriage extensions in Samut Prakan with the KR22 and legalized marrriage cert from the US (they only actually look at the KR22 in my case). Only additional comment is the KR22 has to be newly issued (i think the time they accept varies between offices, if I recall mine had to be withing 1 month of application but I have heard of some offices being 1 week or 1 year) so you may have to get an updated KR22 from your amphur.
i dont think lactose pills count as medication, they are dietary suppliments. My wife has brought hindreds of pills i at a time since we could not find them here (although our luggage has never been searched so cant sayvfor sure what they would doo)
