 well, my friend if you do not have the 15k in bank i suggest that you do not come in Thailand and instead work more. This should be your Priority

 oui la France est un des pays les plus lents, j’ai fais un touriste en Pologne -> 1 semaine alors que un ami l’a eu en 4 semaine (demande en même temps) et pour mon DTV je l’ai eu en 5j ouvré au Vietnam

 5 days in HCMC Vietnam, 4 week is only in France. France is one of the slowest.

 it is correct, I just calculated, 11 November + 180 = 9 may, this is not 1st November but 11

 seems Logic to ask for a company registration (KBIS or Attestation Insee) if applying under freelance. I had to provide mine in Vietnam also.
