Anonymous participant 247 yeah definitely. I just meant when getting âinterrogatedâ itâs best to give the simplest answers that they want to hear, not overly complicating things.
itâs asking a lot of an agent to know that. Itâs brand new. They just want to hear that youâre not working. The underlying reason for the visit. Not the specifics which were probably confusing to the agent. Just my theory.
FYI, in the future, the correct answer to all questions is âtourism.â Not âcourses,â or âseminars.â Why Vietnam? Tourism. Why Thailand? Tourism. Your answers were probably perceived as work related, and they take that very seriously.
I believe what they want to see is that you have a revenue stream outside of Thailand. For example, you can show that you are a consultant in different industries, either creative or technical, but you would want to demonstrate that youâre making money doing those things. What I did was show a proposal I sent to a client, screenshots of the work completed, and screenshots of the deposit showing the client paid for the workďżź.ďżź If you have a childrenâs book, youâd want show how youâre making money from it, or make a case for how it contributes to your incomeďżź.
