Do I need to pre-book a PCR test before flying from Bangkok to the UK via Singapore?

You will need to book an arrival day 2 pcr test and then use the reference number for your passenger locator form. Also you need an covid test antigen or pcr in Thailand in the previous two days before departure. With a certificate. For transit changi and uk regulations
