the process was started before they scrapped test and go, how was I to know?

For Phuket you book the sha plus hotel and pcr testing and transport separately. Once you’ve booked the hotel email them to tell them your staying as part of the sandbox, same with transport. The pcr test is done at the airport and there is a specific site to book that but I believe it is down at the moment

the second pcr test for the Phuket sandbox is at your own cost unfortunately

for the Phuket sandbox you book your sha plus hotel yourself and the pcr test and transport from the airport to your hotel separately yourself, there isn’t an all in one package for Phuket like pattaya or Bangkok

yes that is my next step I’ve already emailed the support email 2 days ago but no reply, was checking if anyone in the group had the same experience first

I’ve got a new passport well it’s been couriered back to me today, I just don’t want to travel 10,000km to be told sorry your documents don’t match your Thailand pass and then send me on the next flight home. I haven’t seen my son for 2 years if I have to book the Phuket sandbox instead I will do that if it’s gets me into Thailand. Just thought there might of been a way of them updating the Thailand pass

my damaged passport is at the passport office in the uk so that’s not an option for me
