As far as I understand yes, It is his responsibility to register you. even with 1 year + rents.

it’s illegal for landlords not to register their tenant. They have 24 hours to do so, or THEY get fined. Not you.

You need to have a Louis Vuitton suitcase.

You need to be able to recite the Thai alphabet backwards whilst standing on your head.
