Me too...just arrived in Bkk with my fresh DTV... they only asked where I was going to stay...I showed a copy of my house contract on my mobile and all was good!

I am not sure the current address is the one you are at the moment of the application....how can it be that there is the option to tick that this is the same of your permanent address ( the one of the statements)?

I am in the same situation, but this is what I found out.... when you apply online you just upload the front page of the passport and the document about your work. Whoever sees your application won't see any of your past visas ( and I doubt that at this stage they will check you in their database). Once you have the DTV visa and you will cross the border, the immigration officer will see your past visas, but will never know the details of your application, so also the date of your past jobs contracts. So I guess it should be safe!
