What should I expect regarding COVID-19 testing and quarantine upon arrival in Phuket under the Sandbox program?

I also arrived yesterday morning and the airport was really packed. Took about 3 hours before to reach the hotel. It was annoying but staff was kind.

Please let people with kids go first, many parents seemed overly tired, and there was no dedicated lane. I felt pity for them.
