 Short answer; I don't. Long answer; Had a friend who fell ill in Thailand and chose to be treated in Thailand. He applied for a medical here and got one. If you can press the urgency (existing or not) of your treatment Immigration might decide in your favor. Regards

You can extend your current visa with 30 days without much hassle and you might be eligible for a medical visa based on the dental work that needs to be done. Regards
