Hi everyone, quick question about the financial statements. I am a freelancer with a sole trader company based in HK. I want to submit the statements from my compnay bank account. I am the sole director of the company and I have documents to prove that I am the sole director (my name registered on the company documents), which I will submit also. However, the account is in the name of the company, not my personal name. Does anyone have experience with this? Did you submit your company bank account instead of a personal account? Thank you for sharing your experience.
Hypothetical situation, you applied for an e-visa in your home country. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, there was a very long delay in the approval process. You have taken the decision to travel to Thailand and enter visa exempt, instead of waiting for e-visa approval. I am thinking this may have consequences. Maybe you are denied entry visa exempt, because of pending e-visa approval or upon entry visa exempt, the e-visa application is automatically cancelled, as it should be. If anyone has had this experience, I would be interested in hearing your story.
I’m married to a Thai national. Presently I’m in India. Whats are the ways I can apply for a DTV? I’m confused about so many options being available like soft power or something. They just confuse me. Pls help someone 🙂 #tia
Searched and just didn't find a suitable answer so please excuse if this has been covered and I glazed over it.
Scenario :
I am currently on 2nd year of non-OA visa, good until late April.
I have prints of original visa, now technically expired.
I have prints of required insurance good through late April.
The original visa is 'multiple entry'.
Neither 'stamp' in my passport shows any reference to 'multiple entry', year 1 or 2, that I can tell.
I may need to return 'home' for a short period. My biggest question is, will my multiple entry still be honored? What should I do in anticipation when leaving and returning? I expect to have prints of the original visa and the current insurance going and returning.
I plan to enter Thailand via Savarnaphumi Airport, get 60 day VOA, then apply for a 30 day extension at about the 45 day point to stay a total of 90 days. Is that doable?
Hi all ! Does anyone know which is the best visa to get to do long stay in Thailand? I am Australian and and am open to studying over there, or teaching English. Also open to training or learning Muay Thai. What is the easiest option, the process and lenth of time to receive visa (turnaround time w application please) any help or advice is really appreciated 🙂 🏝️
I have not seen any negative comments/feedback about the new (since Sept 2022) Thailand Board of Investments managed 10-year LTR visa for pensioners; even the initial cost of thb 50,000 is not so bad over a period of 10 years. I wonder if it is as good and flexible as it sounds? And if it is possible to apply for it while on a valid non imm OA visa?
