Arrived by land from Laos and got 30 day tourist. Extended 30 days at an Immigration office. He wants to know can he do a border run to get 30 more days and is this any problem?

I am an Australian and want to apply for retirement visa to Thailand . Is it better to get a 60 day visa in Australia and go to Thailand to apply for retirement visa or do it in all in Sydney..I am over 55 and have the required funds….thanks

I’m planning on coming to Thailand from Australia (I have exemption to leave Australia)

My question- can I enter on the 45 days visa visa exemption and then transition to long term visa (retirement) when I am in Thailand?

I was planning on going to Phuket sandbox. And would be looking to make arrangements there.

Australian living in Thailand for the last 3 years with Thai wife, i have getting by on multi entry spouse visas (as i was under the age of 50) which i obtained from Australia each time (new Visa issued each time, not an extension) . Now in my early 50's if i wish to apply for a 1 yr Retirement visa Non-O, how much cash do i need in the bank and for how long? My current spouse visa doesn't expire until January. Any advice appreciated.
