Can I set up an online TM30 account using my householder‘s information? She is not computer literate. I have been going to immigration with her on my returns from overseas. I has to bother her with these IO trips.
I have a condo in Kao Takiab, have blue book and yellow book. I wanted to do the TM30 online but it was impossible to register. Not clear what they exactly need as documents...Any advice?
Just signed a contract for a condo. This has fallen in line with me applying for an educational visa.
The visa requires the owner to send me a copy/picture of the bluebook of owner address and bluebook of the condo.
My agent is saying that because this is a personal document the owner might not send, if this is the case is there anything I can do as I won't be able to get my visa unless he sends it over.
After much toing and froing, see last post. I got all the paperwork for a Thai driving license. I should get it this Thursday. I'd like to buy a second hand car now, what do I need to transfer the ownership of the car to me?
1 year non-o marriage extension at Chaengwattana. How important are the blue book and chanote for the visa extension?
My wife and I moved to a different address (same condo, different room) last year and need to extend my non-o visa this month. The landlord (Thai) lives in the US, and does not have access to the blue book or chanote. She left it in her house in Thailand.
We have her ID copy. We talked to the condo office, they could provide a copy of the chanote; obviously the blue book would be missing. All other papers are in order.
Hi am in need of advice. I will be renewing my Non O based on marriage. One of the requirements is the residence (blue book). I am renting a condo and the landlord mentioned he does not have the blue book because apparently, condos don't have that.
In the absence of said blue book, what can I show to Thai immigration? Any insight much appreciated!
Report today’s filing of new TM.30 plus 90-day report at the same time at MTT.
(Thai) wife and I bought a house recently and we just moved in; she’s in the blue book. My 90-day also happened to be now (6-7 days late).
I went yesterday (alone), was told I needed a Power of Attorney form signed by blue book owner (wife) to be able to self-file without her present, with two funny postage stamps attached. So was sent back. Went again this morning (alone) with said (and signed) PoA. Then everything was ok and very smooth. I could get simultaneous queue numbers for Counter B (TM.30), which obviously needed to be done first, and Counter A (90-day report).
