Hi all! A question regarding DTV visa.

My partner and I are not married but in a domestic partenrship (in some countries its called common law or civil union)

Will the same rull apply here as on married couples? Meaning in case I get the visa, will it my partner automatically get it as well?

In additon, do you know what documents are required to be presented for a civil union couple?

Hi guys, got a question about spouse visa. On the Thai embassy website it says that I don’t need a marriage certificate. It says I can get an official document certifying a relationship. Can anyone tell me what this document is?

Does TH recognise domestic partners and issue them Non Immigrant O visas? For reference we are recognised legally in USA and in Singapore as Domestic Partners and Singapore even issued him a DP under my work visa.

Anyone know about this? I can’t find anything on getting an O pass for a Domestic Partner. Thank you ka 🙏
