What are the procedures for maintaining residency in Thailand on an O-A visa for retirees?

Hi all,

I’ve just retired from work in the UK and I’m after some advice regarding retiring and living permanently in Thailand.

I have recently obtained my multi exit O-A visa in the UK permitting me to stay for 1 year and plan to fly both my dog and myself to Thailand at the end of July.

Could someone please explain the full procedures I have to follow to maintain my residency in Thailand.

i.e. The 90 day reporting etc and how I go about extending my stay year on year.
