Hello group! When you enter, I want to confirm if you’re still being given 60 days under the visa exemption scheme. I have already completed my intermediate Thai course for 8 months after taking an exam, which will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education. I would need to fly out and return to my school to complete the advanced level. When I came in April last year from 🇵🇭, it was only 30 days upon landing in DMK. ขอบคุณขรับ! 🙏
I'm not sure about everybody else's experience, but each time I email the Thai Embassy London, they never answer my questions & I come away still lacking the answers. Their phone service is not answered which is more frustrating.
I asked this, if anyone can answer it:
Please can you answer if it's possible to come to Thailand this way?
Purchase a Single Entry Tourist Visa from the Thai Embassy for £30. Flights are booked from the UK for November 2024 and return home to the UK in May 2025. We'll stay in Thailand for 60 days then take a return flight to another country.
We'll fly back into Thailand after 2 weeks, and start our 60 days again under the Visa Exemption Scheme for UK Nationals. We'll then take another return flight to another country for 2 weeks towards the end of our 60 days.
We'll fly back into Thailand for our final 60 days under the Visa Exemption Scheme for UK Nationals. We'll then be flying back home to the UK before the end of those last 60 days.

I have a Filipina friend wanting to visit Thailand… She is a first time traveller outside her country, but she will have the 20.000 Bahts along with an Address of accommodations as well as the Return Ticket required -after her 60 or 90day stay as is the New Rules published on July 15th for the Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme for Philippines…
I did read a few articles on Sponsoring, but as a Foreign on long term visa here in the Kingdom, I am not even sure if that is an option although the Officer could check with a few clicks that the place of residence is a match to her Declaration as well as I been living here for over 10 years, so that could at the very least give Validity to her Declaration. Thanks in advance for your educated advice. Very much appreciated

I've seen a few anecdotal reports recently of people who have remained in Thailand for an extended time on covid extensions, who have recently left the country for a week or two, but have then been denied a regular tourist visa/exemption when they wish to come back here again
I understand that this is to prevent 'visa run' abuses of the system, which is fair enough. But are there any rules for how long you have to be out of the country before your next holiday here, just to be sure you don't accidentally fall foul of this?
Is there an expiration date for Thai pass? I may or not fly to Thailand in December, and since it may or not take some time to get the QR code approved, can I apply now, and if it gets approved, will it be valid at the end of Dec?
Also, I have 2 Pfizer vax in the US, so I have the CDC card, is that enough for proof of vax?
