I am a UK National applying for DTV

I have my own UK registered limited company, and will document an approval letter for myself as employee to work remotely from Thailand.

Does anyone have an example of the contents of this type of approval letter?

I want to make sure of course that I document it correctkly.

Has anyone here applied for a remote job with NGO? I haven’t seen any posts about it in this group and would love to hear about your experiences.

Has anyone had any experience and success in applying for a LTR visa as a 'work from Thailand professional'? I'm looking at the process time line (as shown here) and can't figure out at what point you pay for your application, is it after you have been approved after your documents have been reviewed that you are eligible or right at the start of the application?

Also, is it easy enough to apply without an agency (I'm from the UK)? I'd like to hear people's experiences.

Hi 🙂 while thinking very hard which route to go, I was surprised to see LTR may actually be an option for me.

I (and my employer) do meet all the below requirements. Does anyone here have some expertise LTR?

My question is simply this:

Would it still be an option if I say I spend 5-6

months out of the year in Thailand, rest in Europe? (Moving tax recidency is something doubt my company would be willing to fascilitate, they would probable offer to transfer me to Hong Kong instead)
