What are the requirements and recommendations for applying for the 10-year Long Term Resident Visa (LTR) in Thailand as a digital nomad?

Hello.

I'm a digital nomad who's interested in applying for the 10 year LTR.

I can prove 40k/yr for the last two years, but I guess my main question would be proving the intellectual property requirement.

I do video creation ( YT / Twitch ) and am wondering if the application would get kicked back since in my opinion my line of work is still in a bit of a grey area.

Any recommendations on how to go about applying for the 10 year LTR?
