📣💰Passengers who applied for refunds prior to September 14, 2020 can now check the status of their refund requests for tickets or travel vouchers at [members only].

Or follow these simple steps:

1. Go to www.thaiairways.com Then scroll down to the section. 'ASSISTANCE' Click on the 'CHECK YOUR REFUND STATUS' banner.

2. Enter your ticket or travel voucher number, as well as your first and last name, then click 'Next' button.

3. The status of your refund request will be displayed.
