Hello everyone! I have another question regarding long stay visa ( married to Thai).
I am currently on covid extension but am planning to do a visiting thai family, and after that, a married to Thai visa. Me and my wife are in Thailand for a year sabbatical. The thing is we currently have a tabien ban at her family’s house but we are looking to rent our own apartment/condo. Also, as we travel around Thailand quite a lot we might be moving every 2-3 months from one condo to another. I understand to have a married to Thai visa you need a fixed tabian ban and take photos of your place with our personal belonging inside etc etc but since we are moving quite a lot this might be difficult.
What do you think is the best option for this kind of situation? Should I leave my tabian ban as is or should I have one made everytime we move which is gonna be a real hassle?
I have a ‘ married to thai multiple entry visa’ and my first 90 days are nearly over. During Covid it is possible to make a request to stay another 60 days, without leaving the country. What papers will i need to ask an extension of my stay at the immigration in Bangkok?
