After we are out of quarantine from the hotel we will return to our self owned condominium in Phra kanong area BKK, in this case do we still need to do online TM 30 report? I was trying to register on the apps but found out it’s for foreign tenant and landlord, so do I need to register myself as foreign tenant when I own the condominium?
