My wife who is Thai applied for ThaiPass to return to her own country has not heard anything in over 48 hrs. It’s her country and home. She got an email instantly saying it was submitted successfully. And yet still nothing! A few people have mentioned an email address or a phone number you can call, if anyone has that could you please send me.
I applied 13 days ago for Thai Pass. No news. I've emailed them 4 times. I called the phone number 50 times and nobody picks up. Is this the right number for Thai Pass for Phuket Sandbox? Is there another number or way to deal with this? I leave in 5 days...
Is anyone else having trouble with the British consular email to request a letter for application of extension? I called them and got the email and thought I must have heard it wrong. Then I went on the .gov.uk website and found it was correct. Now I keep getting notification from my email provider saying the email has been blocked or does not work. Does anyone have any advice or alternative email address I could try. Thanks.
