Is it possible to get a DTV when I just started freelancing this month and I've got no registered company?

I started freelancing this month for one client and I've invoiced about $2000 so far. I don't have a registered company as it's more beneficial to me tax wise to freelance as a private person. But I am a freelancer and I am making money, will be taking on more clients as fast as I can. I've got the 500K THB in a bank account.

Should I be eligible to get the DTV visa?

And any advice on what documents I can provide besides my portfolio and the work contract?
