I have OA extended visa. If I exit from Land Border (Thailand/Malaysia) at Songkhla/Sadao. And than re-enter again from same land border. Will they stamp OA extension for one year on Thai/Malaysia Land Border ? (Usually they do at Bkk International Airport)

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you exit Thailand via the Songkhla/Sadao land border and re-enter with an OA extension visa, you can receive a one-year stamp as long as you meet certain conditions. It's essential to enter before your visa's expiry date and possess a valid re-entry permit. Additionally, you'll need to show proof of your mandatory health insurance for a full year's extension. If your insurance certificate and other requirements are in order, you should receive the same one-year stay stamp as you would at a major international airport.

Before they never asked insurance certificate (for OA visa) or bank statement at the Bkk Airport and directly extended for 1 year when i re-entered Thailand. For OA category when re-entering Thailand, do they now ask for Insurance Cert at the Airport or land border to get full 12 months?
