you're confusing 2 different things

One is the expiration date of the current covid extension program and that's the 26th of Nov <- and what that means is you have until then to APPLY for a covid extensio

The other is the under consideration date on your current covid extension application <- that means you already applied for the extension and you go back on that date to get it inked in

So even though your under consideration stamp is after the program ends you APPLIED for your covid extension while the program was running and when you show up on that date you'll get the extension inked in no problem
