My flight is 19th Nov and I have everything sorted, but my TR60 evisa (London Embassy) is still pending document check and I'm losing hope that it will come in time. If I were to go visa exempt instead will I have to reapply for Thailand Pass? Anything else I'll have to modify that I haven't thought of?

I was in the same boat. Wasted 10 days with STV, then waited 1 week for TV with no result. Finally now I am on my way to Bangkok with an exempt scheme. I sense that covid extensions will be granted until spring of next year. If not then non-O or exit and re-entry are the alternatives..

I'm also planning a back up plan of visa exempt but I don't wanna attempt a visa run at 60 days so I really hope I get my visa or I'll have to go home at 60 with a new flight.

I saw this coming and immediately moved my flight back to 24 days from the day I applied, hope it was enough.

You don't need a new Thailand Pass. They're completely separate from visa and you never even said what kind of visa you have as part of Thailand Pass application

I didn't ask what visa you had. I said the Thailand Pass application never asked. If you remember when you filled it out you never told it what visa you had.

ahhh right, I getcha. The only thing would be that it asked the estimated date of departure and that would say 59 days which wouldnt line up with my new onward flight and wouldnt be within the exemptions 30 days. I wonder if that matters.

I agree. Although there has been some discussion eleswhere about whether you needed to provide your visa details (if one is required is what is stated at the beginning of the process) when applying for Thai Pass. I didn't because I still don't have a TR visa but I entered 59 days as my intended stay time so this might indicate to them I'm coming on a 60 day visa but I still got the QR code overnight.
