TLDR : Answer Summary
The user queries about re-entering Thailand on a one-way ticket after leaving on May 31st, with a plan to return to Sweden in mid-July. Commenters suggest that while re-entry might not be a problem at passport control with proof of onward travel, the airline may deny boarding due to the one-way ticket.
I checked in on my AirAsia mobile app (no checked baggage), went right to the gate. In CNX, immigration did not ask any questions. This was my first time to arrive for visa exemption by plane. I had 2 previous Mae Sai visa runs in 2017. Grateful for easy entry!
And this i will do at the airport if they start giving me trouble about the one way ticket??

You can sign a waiver form with Air Asia if they say something. Absolves them from responsibility. Use electronic check in and another trick is to go to a counter that's not busy or for your flight and just be pleasantly and they will process you quickly to get rid of you. Never been asked in KL.....

So they wont except if i tell them Im doing an extension after 30 days??
If the airline lets you check in you're not gonna have any problem on the thai side entering the country

because extensions are optional, the airline follows the posted rules about how much time you can be in thailand on a visa exempt entry. In your case 30 days.
It's completely their call on if you can board the plane or not

Are you flying back in on a 30 day visa exempt stamp? You shouldn't have much of a problem at passport control IF they ask for a proof of onward travel, BUT like
